If you are looking for a super serious, stiff and awkward session inspired by unrealistic Pinterest standards, I am not your girl. My goal is to create a safe space where we can highlight who you are and what you love. Because in a world of photoshop and airbrushing, I believe what we crave most is the real, the raw and the most authentic version of you.
My favorite was their personalized vows during their ceremony in my favorite feature of Winnebago Springs, the open air chapel. And more specifically how similar each of their vows were to each other. I have never met a couple so in sync!

And just like their smiles, the fun showed no signs of slowing down even as I left Waukon later into the night. When Taylor and I talked about her wedding, she wanted all the fun on her wedding day. And man oh man did her bridal party deliver!

As the day went on, we dodged downpours and I checked the radar almost as much as the guests were checking the Iowa vs Iowa State football score. And because Emily and Colin shared the sweetest first look, we were able to get so many beautiful portraits throughout the entire day so they could be present at cocktail hour.
