All week I worried about the rain for Raymond and Victoria’s wedding. But when Friday rolled around and I saw it was pouring down in the midst of their rehearsal at the West Union Event Center, all of those doubts flowed down the drain. Because once that system rolled through, I knew we would have a perfect and cloudy day come Saturday.

And sure enough when I arrived in West Union on Saturday morning, there wasn’t a rain cloud in sight! And even better, the wind had helped dry out all of our portrait locations for the day. Raymond and Victoria’s day was better than we could have even imagined. They were able to say their vows in the outdoor ceremony space they had planned. Everything had greened up overnight. And they were able to dance the night away as husband and wife.
