I got my start with a hand-me-down camera, a big dream, and zero clue what ISO meant. Now? I help people like you capture real, authentic memories you’ll actually want to hang on your walls!
After a cold (okay very cold!) engagement session, we were all grateful for the warm sunshine in Waterloo on Saturday. The light filtering through the trees during portraits, the soft breeze during golden hour—everything worked together to create an atmosphere that felt calm, romantic, and truly them.
One of my favorite parts of the day? We snuck away for a few golden hour portraits during their reception at the Rotary Reserve. And while we only had five minutes before a literal train rolled through and blocked our sunset view (no joke), those few frames ended up being some of my favorites from the entire day. There’s something so magical about that soft light and those quiet just-married moments.
