One year.

One year ago, I had the honor of watching Brett and Jenna walk down the aisle to say their vows to each other in this exact spot. Their love for each other was evident but seeing them now, I can say without a doubt that marriage looks good on them and their love for each other has only grown.

We met at Squaw Creek Park and since I wasn’t rushing to a wedding ceremony, I actually had time to slow down and admire all that it had to offer and man was it good! Gorgeous light? Yep! A beautiful pond? Of course! Endless fields of wildflowers as far as the eye can see? Obviously! Then to make my heart jump even more, Brent and Jenna showed up dressed like this (see below) and with their two puppies in tow (*insert all the heart eyes*). I may have had to pinch myself because obviously this was all just a dream!

Brett and Jenna, thank you so much for setting the bar so high as our first anniversary session of the year. The setting may have been jaw dropping but your love for each other is what stands out in my mind the most. Our friendship is one that I will cherish forever and I can’t wait to see what your next year of marriage brings! Enjoy a few of my favorites from our time together!
