I got my start with a hand-me-down camera, a big dream, and zero clue what ISO meant. Now? I help people like you capture real, authentic memories you’ll actually want to hang on your walls!
And I get it. It makes sense in theory. Focusing on one area can bring clarity, simplify your systems and help you attract your “ideal client.”
But here’s the thing…
Every time I try to imagine myself only photographing weddings, something doesn’t sit right. Because for me, this has never been about the category. It’s always been about the people, you. I want to be a wedding photographer that grows with you!
And just because your wedding is over doesn’t mean our time together has to be.
In fact, some of my favorite moments come long after the last dance. Like anniversary sessions where we ditch the fancy clothes and just celebrate your real life together. Or newborn sessions when I walk into your home and see your wedding photos still hanging on the wall. Or the wild, joy-filled chaos of chasing toddlers through golden fields while you laugh (slightly sleep-deprived but wildly in love) with your little crew.
These are the moments that matter just as much as “I do.”
One of the most beautiful parts of working with couples beyond the wedding day?
We already know each other. You’re not starting from scratch with a new photographer. There’s no awkward warm-up period. You know how I shoot and I know how to bring out your most genuine selves. That level of trust means more ease, more comfort, and ultimately: more meaningful photos.
When you invite me to keep photographing your story beyond the wedding day, you’re doing more than just filling a frame: you’re building a visual legacy.
A story told in chapters:
The just-married glow.
The new home.
The family dog you swore you weren’t ready for.
The squishy baby cheeks.
The toddler giggles.
The life you’ve built, one season at a time.
And someday, you’ll flip through those photos not just for the nostalgia, but to show your kids what love looked like, in every stage. So no, I’m not “niching down.” Because I don’t want to just photograph your best day ever. I want to be there for all the days after, too.
Want a wedding photographer that grows with you? Let’s keep documenting the moments that make your love story real. From the aisle to baby snuggles to anniversary sunsets, I’ll be here—camera in hand. Let’s chat!
