There is nothing I love more than when seniors take me to hidden pieces of paradise! Seriously there is nothing better!!! Don’t get me wrong, I love the downtown settings and the rivers just as much as the next girl. BUT I love the creativity involved in showing up to a location for the first time. Then I have to use my knowledge to find the perfect locations on the spot! And this hidden gem in rural Decorah was just what I needed to get the creativity flowing!

We met up at the secret spot just a couple hours before sunset. But the best part was we were chauffeured through a mowed trail! Can you believe it?!? They mowed it just for us! They were just as excited as I was for her senior session! Plus, I was so thankful we didn’t have to hike all the way to the glowy light too! 

Betsy, thanks for putting up with my “oh just one more” and “now this is going to be a little weird.” I truly mean every word when I say I had so much fun getting to capture your sweet soul! And if you ever want to put on a clinic for getting the best giggle smile, I will invite ALL of my clients 😉 Thanks again for touring around rural Decorah with me.
