A Pikes Peak Engagement | Bryan & Susie

I’ll be the first to admit that I love LOVE! I have always been a hopeless romantic who is all about the cheesy date night movies, random love notes and strolls along the beach, but NOTHING prepared me for how much I would love seeing some of our closest friends get ready to tie the knot!

I met Bryan and Susie shortly after Ethan and I started dating and am so grateful to be able to now call them friends. I know Bryan will probably make fun of me if I get too mushy and fill this with feelings so without getting all into that, let’s just say they are super cool and I’m glad that we get to do this whole life thing with them. Now let’s get back to the photos!

We met up at Pikes Peak to get some engagement pictures before their wedding this July. And let me tell ya, last week it was the bugs but this time it was the heat! I was sweating more than I would like to imagine (shout out to me for bringing an extra tshirt so I could change before we went out to eat!). But these two were pros and didn’t even complain when I made them hug each other in 90 degree temperatures. So because of that I figured I would surprise them with a next day blog post!!!

Bryan and Susie, thank you so much for asking me to capture your wedding day for you. I can’t wait to see y’all all dressed up saying your vows. Just to put it out there, I will probably cry at least one time during the ceremony because that is kind of my thing! I hope you love these photos just as much as I do and I can’t wait to celebrate your love later this summer!!!!
