If you have been following along, you may remember the last time we teamed with with Tera Mathis Coaching for her Little Black Dress Challenge in the fall. (You can see the blog post here!). Well we decided to do it again and I’m not gonna lie these ladies look FIERCE!

We met out at the Empty Nest Winery   last Friday and while a little hot, it was a beautiful night. The light was glowing and we were all ready to celebrate! I have been working out with Tera since December so I have gotten to know a lot of these women. They have worked hard day in and day out to reach their goals and it shows, but what inspires me more is seeing how much more confident they are!

Tera, you are an amazing, strong and talented woman. Thank you for not only letting me hang out and celebrate these ladies with you on Friday but for using your passion to help others reach their goals year round. You truly are an inspiration to so many whether you see them in the gym or not!
