I’ve known Kelly for years and now she is getting married!!! It is so crazy to see friends and former teammates falling in love and planning their weddings right along side us. I mean, it seems like just yesterday we were playing out on the diamond together and now we each have diamonds of our own. {Okay that was super cheesy, but I thought it was super funny! That may be due to my lack of sleep the past couple weeks.}

We met to do their engagement session on Kelly’s parent’s land and we had so much fun together. We took the snowmobiles out to a little stream where Kyle proposed and we were able to capture some beautiful portraits. I wish I could take all the credit for that, but I think their love and carefree spirits where a major contributor. I didn’t even have to teach Kyle how to “nuzzle” because he just naturally does it and the smile on his face every time he looked at Kelly was just infectious. I love getting to capture these moments in places that are near and dear to both of their hearts!

Sure we may have been a little cold, but it was a perfect shoot. Thankfully the late winter sunlight stayed with us long enough to grab a few pictures by the barns and I just love how all of these turned out!! Enjoy some of my favorites!
