Casey and Kailey got married at one of the most beautiful new wedding venues in Iowa, the Hidden Acre in Waverly. Like many of our couples this past year who’s wedding dreams have been put in limbo, postponed, downsized, moved or cancelled altogether, Casey and Kailey have been waiting a long time for this day to come. But on Saturday all of their dreams came true.

They were able to celebrate their love surrounded by their family and friends.

We have always loved them together as a couple but on their wedding day, it was never more apparent how perfect they are for each other. Their personalities, their kindness, their smiles…their love for each other was on full display. And it was truly an honor to not only be there to capture their special day but to witness such an epic love story start this much anticipated new chapter. From the heartfelt letters shared after their first look to the kind words said throughout the reception, every moment was worth the wait. 

Casey and Kailey, your wedding day was the celebration we all needed. I know postponing your wedding an entire year and replanning all the details through a pandemic couldn’t have been easy. But at the end of the day, you are married to your best friend. And you get to take on this new chapter in your lives together. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting us to share this day with you. We can’t wait to see how your love continues to grow and bring light into the world as husband and wife.
