Leading up to Lexy’s glowy Decorah senior session, it rained. And that is honestly putting it lightly because it poured that morning! I was worried we would have to reschedule to let things dry out but it stopped just in time. And then by a miracle the sun popped out! It isn’t every day that you get the kind of glowy light that makes you want the day to never end, but Lexy got it AFTER a storm!

It has been awhile since I have gotten to take senior pictures in Decorah so I was thrilled to bring one of our spokesmodels there! We explored all of downtown and it was bringing back all of the memories from my FIRST spokesmodel styled shoot there three years ago. Not much has changed about the locations but I feel like an entirely new photographer! No nerves and only excitement this time!

Lexy, I had so much fun on Sunday! Your smile is contagious and I couldn’t wait to look at all the magic we captured. Thanks for putting up with my sleep deprived ramblings and inability to come up with common words by the end of the night! And thanks for letting me treat you to ice cream just so I could get a picture of it 😉 I hope you enjoyed the ice cream as much as I enjoyed editing all of this glowy Decorah magic!
