I’m really not sure where to start because I just can’t handle the gorgeousness in this blog post!!! By far my favorite styled shoot I have ever been a part of! I envisioned whimsical, woodland, flowery goodness and I think we nailed it! I have been counting down the days until our Spokesmodel Team’s first time in front of the camera pretty much since I sent out their welcome box MONTHS ago! But not even my wildest dream could have lived up to Sunday’s styled session.

We met up at Creative Enz Salon in McGregor, Iowa for the team to get their hair and makeup done by the amazing Kayla and Amber! I love bringing other business owners into these styled shoots to showcase all of the amazing talent we have in our little corner of the world. Kayla helped all of the girls finalize their outfits and select their flowers. Then we all got to sit back and let the professionals get to work!

After a few hours of pampering and a short rain shower later, the team and I were ready to hit the road.

We made our way to Yellow River State Forest and the rain did wonders for all of the greenery! But when the sun started beaming through the clouds, I couldn’t handle it anymore! (*insert all the heart eyed emojis*) So we had to make a few stops along the way because the light was too good to miss! I wish I could have captured the looks on people’s faces when we all got out of the cars dressed to the max with flower crowns and all! These girls were up for anything and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I wish I would have had someone take a video behind the scenes of the smoke bomb photos!! Because they committed to getting amazing images no matter what the wind wanted to do!

There will never be enough words to describe how excited I am for the year to come.

And let’s be honest, this session is just the beginning of all the magic to come. Sure we may have JUST wrapped up our huge styled shoot but I am already dreaming up our next adventure together 😉
